Softubs are filled using the homeowner’s water source and typically take 24–48 hours to reach full temperature.
Standard setup takes approximately 2 hours and is included in the rental price.
Weekly chemical service is included with all rentals.
Event-use chemicals are available as an additional package and priced separately based on use.
A flat 10x10 area is required for placement, along with access to water and electricity.
A refundable security deposit is required:
- $500 for personal or residential use
- $1,000 for commercial or event use
Delivery included within 35 miles of Star Valley Ranch/Thayne, WY 83127
- Outside 35 miles: $300 flat mobilization fee + sales tax
