How Our Repair Service Works
Diagnostics Service Call
All repairs begin with an on-site diagnostic visit. The service call includes travel (within our service area) and the first hour of labor, allowing us to inspect your spa, test components, and pinpoint the issue.Clear Recommendations
Once the problem is identified, we’ll walk you through the findings and explain repair options. We’ll let you know what’s urgent, what can wait, and whether repair or replacement makes the most sense.Repair & Testing
With your approval, we complete the repair and fully test the system to ensure everything is running properly before we leave.*Parts and materials are priced separately based on scope and availability
*Repairs are not included in maintenance agreements, and pricing varies depending on the components involved—such as pumps, heaters, control boards, topside controllers, plumbing, covers, and cover lifters.

A $209 service call fee is required for all visits. The service call fee covers our travel (within 35 miles of Alpine, WY) and the first hour of on-site work. During that time, we’ll diagnose the issue and complete any repairs that can reasonably be done within that hour. If more time or parts are needed, we’ll discuss that with you before moving forward.

In many cases, yes. If we have the necessary parts on hand and the repair is straightforward, we’ll complete it during the first visit. For more complex issues or parts that need to be ordered, we’ll schedule a follow-up appointment.

Yes, parts and materials are billed separately from labor. We’ll always review pricing and get your approval before ordering or installing any parts.
