Weekly Routine Maintenance

Weekly service visits - all associated chemicals provided
Full system inspection — jets, blower, lights, filtration, temperature, circulation
Vacuum debris as needed
Skim floating debris as needed
Visual inspection of water clarity
Comprehensive water testing at every visit to ensure proper balance (Alkaline, pH, Calcium, Chlorine/Non-Chlorine/Bromine).
Add foam down solution as needed
Remove, inspect, clean, and reinstall filters as needed
Scrub hard water and scum line buildup to prevent scaling.
Inspect and clean hot tub cover: remove debris, rinse, and apply UV protectant (or snow removal in winter)
Diagnose and identify mechanical failures in real time
Floating chlorine tablet dispenser included; water levels topped off as needed
Bi-Annual Drain & Refresh
Our Bi-Annual Maintenance plan is ideal for spa owners who want professional care at key points throughout the year. This option focuses on a thorough reset and deeper system inspection to help keep your hot tub running smoothly long-term.
Full Drain, Clean & Refill
We completely drain your spa, clean the shell, filters, and internal components, then refill and rebalance the water to manufacturer-recommended levels.Deep System Inspection
Because visits are less frequent, this service includes a more comprehensive inspection of your spa’s core components. We check pumps, heaters, jets, sensors, control systems, and visible plumbing to identify early signs of wear or potential issues.No Weekly Service Included
This plan does not include routine weekly or bi-weekly visits. It’s designed for owners who prefer to handle day-to-day care themselves while relying on professional service for seasonal resets and system checks.Seasonal Readiness

All maintenance plans include one visit per week, totaling 52 visits per year. Each visit typically lasts 10–20 minutes depending on the service needs and spa setup.

Our technicians service spas Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM. We’ll work to ensure a consistent schedule that fits your property’s accessibility.

Prices vary based on property location, usage type, filter type and quantity, hot tub capacity, and whether your spa is in-ground or above-ground.

Routine and annual plans focus on cleaning, chemical balance, and preventative care. They do not include in-depth diagnostic troubleshooting, replacement parts, or repair costs. If an issue is identified, we’ll notify you immediately and provide recommendations for repair services.

Chlorine sanitizer and basic chemicals are included. Specialty or upgraded chemicals are available upon request for additional cost.

As long as we have access to your spa, electrical service panel, external electrical disconnect, and water access, our technicians can perform service even when you’re away.
